Corless Barfield Trial Group Set for Sinkhole Trial Against Florida Peninsula Insurance Company

In a case styled Oscar Vega vs. Florida Peninsula Insurance Company, the Court has ordered the parties to trial January 10, 2010. The case will be tried in Hillsborough County, Florida, with the jury to decide whether or not Florida Peninsula breached its insurance policy for a denied insurance claim for sinkhole damage.
